Founded with Purpose
ARK of Kindness was established in Dearborn, Michigan, with a clear mission: to make homeownership accessible for underserved communities in the greater Detroit area.
First Community Program
Launched our first comprehensive homebuyer readiness program, helping 30 families begin their journey toward owning a home through financial counseling and credit building workshops.
Expanding Our Reach
Partnered with local non-profits and financial institutions to extend our services to Wayne County, acquiring our first portfolio of affordable rental properties.
100 Families Milestone
Celebrated helping our 100th family achieve homeownership. Introduced foreclosure prevention services and expanded our team of certified housing counselors.
State Partnership
Formalized a partnership with the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) to provide enhanced down payment assistance to qualified first-time homebuyers.
Looking Ahead
Launching our most ambitious initiative yet — aiming to help 200 more families while expanding eco-friendly housing options and wealth-building programs across metro Detroit.

Fadi Salem is the Founder and Executive Director of a leading organization dedicated to advancing social change across various industries and sectors. Thanks to his entrepreneurship and strategic planning skills, Fadi has become a successful leader in his field. By overseeing his team, he has been able to implement creative solutions that have helped tackle some of the world’s most urgent problems. As a thought leader and visionary, Fadi is constantly on the lookout for new opportunities to make a positive impact in his community and beyond. He has the talent to recognize new tendencies which, together with his particular aptitude to take advantage of technology and data, has permitted him to be one step ahead of the rest in his area of expertise. When he’s not busy changing the world, Fadi enjoys exploring new cultures and cuisines, as well as spending time with his family and friends. While he doesn’t have any specific hobbies, he is always open to new experiences and loves to try new things.
